Customer Reviews
The craftsmanship is pretty solid, and it's rare to see such attention to detail from the Vietnamese factory. Honestly, part of the reason I bought these shoes is for the nostalgia factor, but once I put them on, I felt they were totally worth it. Even though some features were downgraded, other aspects are top-notch. The fit is just right, especially for those with narrow feet and lighter body weight. The bounce is fantastic, though the only downside is that after playing for a while, the arch of my foot starts to ache because of the carbon plate. Overall, it's a great pair of shoes for both collecting and playing (just a heads-up—don't use them on outdoor courts!).
This is my second pair of ZK6 in the Gigi colorway, and I have to say, they're really comfortable to wear. I've been using the first pair for over half a year, playing both indoors and outdoors, and the outsole tread is still mostly intact. They hold up much better than the ZK5s. The upper hasn't torn, and there's hardly any separation of the sole. The main issues are some paint chipping on the Swoosh and scuffing on the heel design. The material on the upper feels more comfortable and snug compared to the 4s and 5s. There's a noticeable heel-to-toe drop, but the heel isn't as soft as the 5s, which I think compromises stability and increases the risk of injury, putting more strain on the calves. I'd recommend the ZK5 and ZK6 for those with stronger legs and ankles. If you're not particularly athletic, the Kobe 4 might be a better fit.
