How long does shipping take?

POIZON strives to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Your order is typically delivered within 4-8 business days. For some of our Unique Finds items, it takes 7-12 business days as we hand-picked those items worldwide to ensure the best deals and styles. Due to severe weather or other situations out of our control, you may experience delays in shipment. You can always view the ETA of your order on the order details page.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Access the 'Cancel Order' button on the order details page to do so. However, do note cancellations are only possible prior to order confirmation. Post-confirmation, orders are handled for shipping and can not be retracted.


How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email after you place your order, where you will find a link guiding you to the order details page, which gives you real-time tracking. If you check out as a guest, track your order here. Additionally, a tracking number will be emailed once your order is en route.


Do you accept returns?

Absolutely! We accept returns on most items, with the exception of underwear and swimwear, provided they're returned within 3 days of receipt. To initiate a return, click the "Request A Return" option on your order details page.
