How long does shipping take?

POIZON strives to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Your order is typically delivered within 4-8 business days. For some of our Unique Finds items, it takes 7-12 business days as we hand-picked those items worldwide to ensure the best deals and styles. Due to severe weather or other situations out of our control, you may experience delays in shipment. You can always view the ETA of your order on the order details page.


Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, our services extend solely to the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. Plans to expand are underway, so stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter!


What are the delivery options? Do you offer expedited shipping?

UPS is our exclusive delivery partner at present. Expedited shipping isn't an option currently. We assure you, your order will be processed swiftly.


Can I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address before your order has been shipped out. Please contact us at support@poizon.com with your order ID and your new address as soon as possible.


How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email after you place your order, where you will find a link guiding you to the order details page, which gives you real-time tracking. If you check out as a guest, track your order here. Additionally, a tracking number will be emailed once your order is en route.
