Authentication Addendum

This Authentication Addendum (“Addendum”) is an addendum to and forms a part of the POIZON Terms of Use between the parties (the “Terms”). Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used in this Addendum have the same meaning as set forth in the Terms. With respect to Online Authentication, in the event of a conflict between this Addendum, and the Terms, the following order of precedence shall control: (1) this Addendum, and (2) the Terms.

POIZON HOLDING PTE. LTD. (“POIZON” or “we”) and you have entered into the POIZON Terms of Use (“Terms”). This Authentication Addendum (“Addendum”) sets forth POIZON’s and your mutual understanding relating to the authentication services provided via POIZON’s Services and is governed by and hereby incorporated into the Terms. All capitalized terms in this Addendum that are not defined in this Addendum shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms.

Section 1. Online Authentication

We may offer online authentication services through our Services that allow you to submit pictures of certain goods for the authentication of said goods (“Online Authentication”). Online Authentication is separate and apart from the authentication process for Products offered for sale and purchased on our Services.

Section 2. Photo Requirements; Disclaimer

2.1 The pictures you upload must meet the shooting requirements for Online Authentication included herein and in the Photo Shooting Guide for Beginners. The photos you uploaded shall meet the shooting requirements for online Authentication, please refer to the " Guide for Beginners " for details. Photos involving violence, obscenity, politics, and other non-compliant items will be removed from the shelves.

2.2 Please note that the accuracy of Online Authentication relies heavily on the pictures you submit and results may vary due to many factors, such as, shooting angle, lighting, and image quality/resolution.

2.3 The results of Online Authentication are for entertainment and educational purposes only and should not be relied upon. Additionally, the results of Online Authentication in no way impact the results of the authentication services that are provided after a Product is purchased on our Services. A “pass” or similar determination from Online Authentication does not mean that the Product will pass the authentication process in connection with the sale of that Product or a similar Product on the Services.

Section 3. Fees

3.1 POIZON may charge a fee for Online Authentication (“Authentication Fees”) which shall be set forth in our Services.

3.2 You can pay the Authentication Fees using a payment method of your choice that is supported by POIZON. It is your responsibility to comply with the relevant third-party payment processor’s terms of service and any other related service requirements. We encourage you to review the applicable payment processor’s terms.

Section 4. Refunds

4.1 If you have paid the Authentication Fee, and the result is a similarly non-conclusive determination due entirely to the fault of POIZON or its service providers and not due to your error (e.g. poor quality of photos you provide), in POIZON’s sole determination, POIZON will return the Authentication Fees and double the Authentication fee to you.

4.2 If we do not provide the results of your Online Authentication request within the timeframe we provide due entirely to the fault of POIZON or its service providers and not, in whole or in part, due to the fault of you, POIZON will refund the applicable Authentication Fee(s).

4.3 POIZON will not refund the Authentication Fee(s) unless expressly set forth herein, including without limitation, if we are unable to adequately provide Online Authentication due, in whole or in part, to the quality of pictures you provide, malicious jigsaw puzzles, or if you need to supplement your submission with better pictures for authentication.

Section 5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the Online Authentication services or to suspend or stop providing all or portions of the Online Authentication services at any time. You also have the right to stop using the Online Authentication services at any time. We are not responsible for any loss or harm related to your inability to access or use the Online Authentication services.
